In order to accompany and support students in choosing their future direction, in recent times, agencies and departments have organized many career guidance and enrollment activities for students at all levels. The activities are even brought to the school yard for students to easily participate. As part of these activities, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a vocationaleducation enrollment plan for 2025, aiming to open up another choice for students.

Accordingly, the plan was issued on May 21, aiming to implement the policy of continuing to innovate, develop and improve the quality of vocational education by 2030, with a vision to 2045; continue to effectively implement mechanisms and policies for vocational education development, promote career guidance, streaming, and training linkage to develop training scale, increase the rate of trained workers, contribute to job creation, increase labor productivity; develop and improve the quality of human resources, meet the requirements of industrial development, build Binh Duong to develop sustainably in the direction of a smart, civilized, and modern urban area in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution and international integration.

According to the vocational education enrollment plan for 2025, Binh Duong set a target of enrolling 40,000 people to study at all levels. Of which, college level: 3,076 students; intermediate level: 6,582 students; elementary level and training under 3 months is more than 30,000 students.

According to the assessment of the authorities, the demand for high-quality labor is currently very high. Many businesses even go to reputable training institutions to "place orders". Therefore, with a system of 16 vocational training institutions (7 colleges; 9 intermediate schools) plus vocational training centers and other institutions assigned the enrollment target of 40,000 students at all levels of training in 2025, it proves that the authorities have considered many aspects, especially the demand for skilled labor in the labor market.
