On the afternoon of March 26, at the Bamboo House in the Presidential Palace, during the official visit to Vietnam of Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Ms. Ngo Phuong Ly, wife of General Secretary To Lam, received Ms. Loo Tze Lui, wife of the Singaporean Prime Minister.
