Chairwoman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee Trinh Thi Dung awarded prizes to collectives with outstanding achievements in disseminating and educating the law.
Speaking at the Conference, Chairwoman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee Trinh Thi Dung emphasized: "Vietnam Law Day is not only a symbolic activity but also an occasion to remind every cadre, party member and citizen to consider compliance with the law as the foundation of discipline, a measure of fairness, and a tool to protect the rights and legitimate interests of all citizens".
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Hoa Ward said that in recent times, the Ward has diversified the forms of propaganda and dissemination of laws through the radio system, Party cell activities, meetings of residential groups, schools and organizations; at the same time, organizing training courses and specialized conferences to help people better understand legal regulations in life.

In particular, during the peak period of responding to Vietnam Law Day, the Ward organized 4 legal propaganda conferences, 18 thematic propaganda sessions attracting 4,200 participants; printed 18,000 leaflets to disseminate the law and maintained the "Legal Staircase" model in apartment buildings, contributing to bringing legal regulations closer to the people. Thanks to that, the awareness of law compliance among the people was raised, the spirit of respecting the law gradually spread in the community.
However, according to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Hoa Ward, there are still some shortcomings and limitations in the implementation process. There are still some people who have not proactively learned the law, encroached on sidewalks, built without permission, and violated fire prevention and fighting regulations. There are still cases where officials are not flexible when receiving people, causing resentment among the people.

Chairwoman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee Trinh Thi Dung spoke at the ceremony.
Mentioning key solutions in the coming time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Hoa Ward requested that each cadre and party member must be a leading force in enforcing the law, discipline, and administrative discipline. Before mobilizing the people, they must truly "understand the law - act according to the law - respect the law". The attitude when receiving citizens must be exemplary, responsible, and receptive so that the people believe, listen, and follow.
At the same time, improve the quality of the legal propagandists and grassroots mediators by opening training courses to improve skills, equip them with legal knowledge and skills to approach people; pay more attention to women, children, and the disadvantaged. Innovate the content and methods of legal propaganda in the direction of being close to the people, easy to understand, easy to remember, and vivid. It is necessary to combine direct propaganda in each residential group with popularizing the law on social networks, radio systems... Content related to people's livelihood issues such as land, construction order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection...
On the side of the Ward People's Committee, we will replicate good models and creative ways of propagating the law; encourage the initiation of more models suitable to the new reality of the ward after the merger. Along with that, we will discover, foster and commend good people, good deeds, groups and individuals who live and work in accordance with the law; at the same time, we will resolutely fight and criticize acts of law violation, distorted and incorrect information, and manifestations of opposition that cause loss of trust among the people.

Vice Chairman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Council Tran Viet Ha awarded prizes to individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of disseminating and educating the law.
Along with responding to Law Day, the conference also summarized 15 years of implementing the Law on Adoption, thereby affirming the profound humanistic value of this legal policy.
It is worth noting that in Yen Hoa, although the number of cases is not large, all cases are resolved openly and transparently, putting the interests of children first. Many children in special circumstances have found a home, received care, education and comprehensive development. These are vivid proofs that the law is not just a rigid rule, but also a place to spread humanity, a bridge of love.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Yen Hoa ward commended and rewarded 10 collectives and 24 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Law on Adoption and disseminating and educating the law in 2025.
