In particular, many solutions have been implemented to improve quality in all three aspects: mass education, key education and life skills education for students. From specific and practical actions, the quality of teaching and learning at the school has clearly changed. In recent years, the results of the high school graduation exam and the provincial excellent student exam have always met and exceeded the set targets. For example, in the 2024 high school graduation exam, the school had a graduation rate of 99.8%; the whole school had 63 students scoring 27 points or higher in university entrance exams. In particular, the school has 1 candidate who is the national valedictorian in block C00. Regarding the results of the provincial excellent student exam, each year the school has from 30 to 35 students winning prizes, in which the results of many subjects such as Literature and History are always in the top 10 of the province.

Evidence shows that in the 2023-2024 school year, Le Loi High School ranked third in the high school category in the province with a total of 47 provincial-level excellent student awards, including 5 first prizes; in the 2024-2025 school year, the school ranked first in the high school category in the province with a total of 47 awards, including 9 first prizes. In the 2025 high school graduation exam, 100% of students passed the graduation exam; There are 37 exams with a score of 10, ranking first in the province in terms of the number of 10s...

According to the representative of the Department of Education and Training, not only Quang Xuong 4 High School or Le Loi High School, as soon as it was launched, the emulation movement "Teach well, learn well" received positive responses and took place enthusiastically in schools at all levels in the province and brought many "sweet fruits". In recent years, Thanh Hoa has always been the leading province in the country in the number of students scoring 10 points in high school graduation exams and valedictorians of prestigious universities nationwide. For example, in 2023, Thanh Hoa students scored 935 points in 10, including 1 valedictorian of block B00. In 2024, the whole province had 914 students scoring 10 points, ranking first in the country, including 2 candidates ranked valedictorians nationwide in blocks C00 and A08. In the 2025 high school graduation exam, the score of 10 points achieved by Thanh Hoa students was 1,031 points; there was 1 valedictorian of block X06; There are 7 national runners-up... Notably, for many consecutive years Thanh Hoa has always had students competing and winning international and regional Olympic prizes. From 2021 to present, Thanh Hoa students have won 9 medals at regional and international Olympic competitions, including 5 silver medals and 4 bronze medals...
