Units maintain and strengthen command and duty teams; monitor and grasp the flood situation in the area; review and inspect the system of plans and response options to situations, incidents, and natural disasters; plans to ensure communication; fully prepare forces, means, equipment, logistics and technical facilities ready to mobilize to perform tasks when ordered.

Armed forces, officers and teachers clean up the environment after floods
