Strictly implement the resolutions, decisions, regulations and plans of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on organization and staffing; adjust, supplement and ensure the number of troops for units in accordance with regulations. Closely organize the ceremony to announce, merge and reorganize the Provincial and Municipal Military Commands, and establish the Regional Defense Command.

Training for the subjects was organized according to plan, the overall results were quite good, especially the training of new soldiers was excellent, ensuring safety; the work of building discipline, managing discipline, building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" unit was strictly implemented. The work of selecting, training and participating in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 20, 2025); the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was serious, strict, ensuring safety.

Along with that, Party and political work are increasingly becoming more systematic, effective and practical. Party organizations in the Military Region's armed forces conduct congresses closely, according to plan and principles, and with great success.

Local movements and campaigns have brought about practical results, especially the military-civilian Tet model, military-civilian Tet among the Khmer ethnic group with a total budget of over 774 billion VND; the movement of the Military Region's armed forces joining hands for the poor, leaving no one behind, joining hands to "eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses"; built and donated 1,824 "Comrades' Houses", "Comrades' Love Houses", "Great Unity Houses" with a total budget of over 95 billion VND. Participated in the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest at the military level in the Southern region and won an excellent prize; organized the search, collection and burial of 223 martyrs' remains.

Improve the quality of political and ideological education ; closely direct the preparation and conduct of grassroots party congresses and successfully organize the 11th Military Region Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
