Manage electronic invoices, increase efficiency of e-commerce tax collection

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Quang Nam Tax Department to organize propaganda and dissemination of legal policies related to the use of electronic invoices in many forms to help people and businesses clearly understand the benefits, responsibilities and effectiveness of using electronic invoices, and raise taxpayers' awareness of compliance with tax law obligations.

Review, support, and require businesses to apply electronic invoices generated from cash registers, focusing on direct-to-consumer retail sectors.

At the same time, strengthen inspection and examination of the issuance and use of electronic invoices, especially the issuance of electronic invoices at retail gasoline stores for customers for each sale, ensuring compliance with legal regulations; strictly handle cases where regulations on the use of electronic invoices are not implemented or intentionally not implemented...

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to direct petroleum trading enterprises and petroleum retail enterprises in the province to properly and fully comply with the provisions of the law on petroleum trading; strictly implement the regulations on electronic invoices for petroleum trading and retail activities, especially the issuance of electronic invoices at petroleum retail stores for customers for each sale.

Along with that, deploy synchronous and effective solutions to support businesses and retail stores of petroleum to carry out digital transformation, apply automatic connection solutions when issuing electronic invoices for each sale; by March 2025, the number of retail stores of petroleum applying automatic connection solutions will reach 100% of the total number of retail stores in the province...
