Ngo Quyen District trains knowledge and skills to form digital citizens for high school students

At the program, representatives of VNPT Hai Phong introduced and provided students with an overview of the model and how to submit online public service applications and make online payments; introduced the SmartCA digital signature application in implementing online public services and some basic knowledge about artificial intelligence (AI).

In addition to knowledge information, students were instructed on how to register, install and use digital signature applications; how to use some popular artificial intelligence software applications to support learning. Students discussed and raised concerns and questions related to the content of the training program.

In addition, within the framework of the program, students also visited the “One-stop shop” department, the Smart Urban Operations Center and the Traditional Department of Ngo Quyen District. Thereby, helping them to better understand the traditional history of the land where they were born and raised; have a visual and vivid picture of government activities and public administrative services; along with the training knowledge, students can perform the basic steps of submitting online public service applications correctly, fully and accurately, thereby being proactive in carrying out their own administrative procedures, contributing to the formation of Ngo Quyen District citizens in the near future./.
