The project covers an area of ​​1,828 hectares, with an investment scale including infrastructure systems, public works, service works and 3,688 apartments with full living facilities, with a total capital of more than 708 billion VND.

According to the Quang Nam Provincial Inspectorate, the low-income housing project in the Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area implemented by STO Company has many violations, so the Provincial Inspectorate requested the investigation agency to get involved.
