Assign tasks to units to ensure road traffic safety

The Director of the Department of Construction has just signed and issued decisions assigning units to conduct surveys, designs, and supervise construction; and to overcome consequences, handle congestion, and ensure traffic due to natural disasters.

These units will conduct surveys, designs, supervise, directly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle congestion, and ensure traffic on routes affected by storm No. 1 from June 11 to 14; affected by rains from August 28 to September 4; affected by storm No. 10 from September 27 to 30; affected by storm No. 12 and heavy rain after the storm.

According to Decision No. 480/QD-SXD, Quang Long Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company conducts survey, design, and construction supervision to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic jams, and ensure traffic on national highways: 14B, 14D, 14G, 14H and provincial road DT 606.

Tri Thanh Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company surveys, designs, and supervises construction to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic jams, and ensure traffic on national highways 24C, DT612, DT614, and DT615.

Quang Nam Sugar Joint Stock Company surveys, designs, and supervises construction to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic jams, and ensure traffic on National Highway 40B.

The progress of the above 3 units from the date of assignment until the completion of the dossier to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic congestion, and ensure traffic is approved by competent authorities.

According to Decision No. 490/QD-SXD, contractors managing and regularly maintaining national and provincial highway sections and routes managed by the Department of Construction shall, according to the hierarchy, carry out construction, clear landslides to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle congestion, and ensure traffic on sections and routes assigned to the management unit (except for DT606 route from km0+000 - km25+000).

Phuoc Manh Construction and Trading Company Limited constructs and clears landslides to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic jams, and ensure traffic on route DT606, section km0+000 - km25+000.

Tri Thanh Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company surveys, designs, and supervises construction to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, handle traffic jams, and ensure traffic on Highway 611.

Implementation progress from the date of assignment until the completion of the dossier on overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, handling congestion, and ensuring traffic is approved by competent authorities.

Quang Nam Traffic Infrastructure Management Center (under the Department of Construction) is responsible for organizing implementation, quality management, project acceptance; and capital payment management in accordance with current regulations.
