Quang Nam trains invigilators for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

This is a very important conference, the final step in preparation to help leaders, secretaries, and inspectors of the examination sites prepare best to organize the exam safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

Nearly 500 people participated in the training, including members of the examination council, members of the examination committee; heads, deputy heads of examination sites, secretaries of 62 examination sites in the province and members of the inspection team.

The content of the dissemination is related to some new points of this year's exam, training on professional expertise in organizing the exam, invigilation, and inspection. In addition, the representative of the Provincial Police Department guides the implementation of coordination work and measures to ensure security and safety of the exam.

According to Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Viet Tuong, professional training related to the exam is extremely important, contributing to the success of the upcoming exam. Therefore, teachers working on the exam must be extremely focused, uphold a sense of responsibility for their work, and absolutely not be subjective.

Participating in the organization of this year's exam will be more than 3,600 officials and teachers as leaders of the exam sites, invigilators, supervisors, of which the largest number is over 1,900 exam invigilators. In addition, there are more than 1,000 people from many forces such as police, medical staff , orderlies, and security guards on duty to ensure security, safety, and health care for candidates at all exam sites in the province. All are fully informed of the requirements and regulations related to their functions and tasks at the exam.
