The support level for new construction is 60 million VND/house, repair is 30 million VND/house; of which support for new construction is 160 houses (Nam Giang 60 houses, Tay Giang 40 houses and Dong Giang 65 houses), support for repair of 2 houses in Dong Giang.
The Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct the People's Committees of Nam Giang, Dong Giang and Tay Giang districts to preside over and coordinate with the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses at the same level to organize the selection of subjects in accordance with regulations; make a list and provide timely support; inspect and supervise the construction and repair of houses of subjects, and be responsible for the selected list.
Localities report the results of use with a list sent to the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses for monitoring and direction before June 10, 2025. Final settlement documents are sent to the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses according to regulations.
