(QNO) - Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan has just signed and issued Plan No. 3819 on organizing activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

Accordingly, in addition to praising collectives and individuals who have done well in the work of "Repaying gratitude" and exemplary people with meritorious services, localities and units continue to review and resolve cases that have not enjoyed or have not fully enjoyed preferential regimes.

Continue to speed up the progress of housing support for people with meritorious services; organize a working delegation of Quang Nam province to pay tribute at Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, Road 9 National Martyrs' Cemetery, Quang Tri Ancient Citadel relic, Da Nang City Martyrs' Cemetery and Military Zone 5 Cemetery.

At the same time, increase resource mobilization for activities of the Gratitude Fund; organize inspection, renovation and cleaning of all works honoring martyrs in the province; focus on implementing the Project to renovate and upgrade martyrs' cemeteries and works honoring martyrs according to the province's policy.

In addition, organize incense-visiting at martyrs' cemeteries, martyrs' temples, memorial areas for heroic martyrs, the Monument to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and revolutionary relics in the province; organize activities for cadres, civil servants, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches under the government who are children of martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

Organize incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at martyrs' cemeteries across the province; proactively prepare content and conditions for organizing the television bridge "Art program to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day" when requested by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism...

Through commemorative activities to express the sense of responsibility, affection, and gratitude of the Party, State and people towards those with meritorious services.
