The Department of Health requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct functional units in the area to review and inspect the area and recall all 12 food and nutritional products (in the form of powdered milk) that are counterfeit if found. currently on the market and handled according to the provisions of law, and at the same time send a report on the handling results to the Department of Health through the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene before May 15, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Health.

The Department of Health also requested the Food Safety and Hygiene Department to proactively coordinate with the provincial media agencies and units. Interdisciplinary steering committee for food safety in localities to propagate and advise people should not use foods notified by the Food Safety Department, the Ministry of Health and competent authorities as fake food, food suspected of being fake, food that is under investigation, verification and handling. At the same time, be responsible for reviewing and inspecting establishments and businesses that only trade in functional foods in the province under the management of the health sector. If establishments are found to be trading in fake food, nutritional and functional food products, they will be recalled and strictly handled according to the provisions of law. Synthesize the review results from the People's Committees of localities, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Department (quantity of products, business units, handling methods) and send them to the Food Safety Department before May 17, 2025.

For the Pharmaceutical Affairs Department, the Department of Health also requested to preside over the review of pharmaceutical establishments and businesses in the province. If establishments are found to be trading in counterfeit food and nutritional products (in the form of powdered milk), they must proactively notify and coordinate with the Department of Health, the Provincial Market Management Department and relevant agencies to recall and strictly handle the products according to the provisions of law, and at the same time send a report on the handling results to the Food Safety and Hygiene Department .
