Continuing the 10th session program, from October 27, the National Assembly entered the second working week, giving opinions on many important contents.
According to the meeting agenda, on October 27, the Government will submit to the National Assembly three draft laws, including the Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments (amended); and the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Judicial Records.
Next, the National Assembly will discuss and give opinions on four draft laws, including the Extradition Law; the Law on Transfer of Persons Serving Prison Sentences; the Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters; and the Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil Matters.
On the same afternoon, the Government submitted a draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property. The National Assembly will then discuss in the hall a number of content with different opinions in the draft Law on State of Emergency.

The National Assembly will spend the whole day on October 28 discussing in the hall the monitoring report and draft Resolution on the results of the thematic monitoring of "the implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect".
At the end of the discussion session, relevant Government members will explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
On October 29-30, the National Assembly will spend a lot of time discussing the socio -economic development plan and restructuring the economy.
During these two days, the National Assembly also discussed reports and proposals to handle issues arising in the implementation of the reorganization of the State apparatus, promoting decentralization and delegation of power, and removing obstacles due to legal regulations...
At the end of the session, members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy will explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
The 3-day working session on October 28-30 will be broadcast live for voters and people to follow.
According to the plan, on October 31, the Government will submit to the National Assembly many draft laws such as the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order...
On the same day, the National Assembly will discuss these draft laws in groups.
