On the morning of November 8, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education presented a Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising. In the afternoon, deputies discussed in groups: Investment policy for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030; Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; Draft Law on Chemicals (amended).
Previously, on November 7, the National Assembly adjusted the program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly with 3 main contents: Supplementing the National Assembly's consideration and approval of the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights (expected to present the Submission, discuss in groups on the morning of November 13, 2024; discuss in the Hall on the morning of November 21, 2024; vote to approve on November 30, 2024). Adjusting the time for the National Assembly to listen to the presentation of the Submission, the Inspection Report and discuss in groups on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, and Khanh Hoa Province to the meeting on November 13, 2024. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly respectfully requests the National Assembly to allow a separate meeting during the National Assembly's consideration and approval of this draft Resolution because the dossier contains state secrets. It is also necessary to show a video clip on the North-South high-speed railway project to provide more information for the National Assembly to discuss this content. In addition, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has planned to adjust the order and timing of some contents to ensure consistency.
