Launch of poetry collection 'Love Remains' by Nguyen Sy Binh

Love Remains is the second collection of poems by poet Nguyen Sy Binh with nearly 60 poems selected from 80 poems written since 2022. Of which, 52 poems were written in 2022, the remaining 28 poems were written in 2023.

The themes of the poems are quite diverse, there are poems praising teachers, poems about the profession of "market soldier", many poems praising homeland and friends; and especially many poems about the theme of love and family happiness.

According to poet Nguyen Sy Binh, this is the second collection of poems he wants to send to his family, friends, and colleagues. In his life, he has spent most of his time on his family and professional work, but deep in his soul, there is always a place for literature and poetry.

His poems are written from the depths of his soul. He puts himself in countless different situations and fates... to express emotions at every level, from nature to people as well as love for his homeland and natural, simple love between couples.

"The more I write, the more I understand that literature is human. I love flowers, people, land, nature, plants, my hometown and the regions I have passed through this country. All those feelings, experiences, and emotions are forged, absorbed into me, accumulated and returned through words. I keep writing to release my inner feelings; writing to balance my soul and life; writing as a way to repay what people, life, and emotions have brought to me," poet Nguyen Sy Binh confided.

Poet Nguyen Sy Binh was born on December 13, 1963, currently working at the Market Management Department of Hanoi City. After Four Seasons of Love , he continued to release Con le yeu thuong .

At the launching ceremony of the poetry collection Con le yeu thuong , poet Tran Dang Khoa shared that poet Nguyen Si Binh is a person with strong writing ability, in less than 3 years he has released 2 poetry collections.

The poems are mostly written in the traditional, methodical, rhyming style. This is a relatively difficult way to achieve beauty and is not often used throughout the collection, but poet Nguyen Sy Binh has succeeded in remaining faithful to this style, creating works of high quality and full of intense emotions.

From the perspective of critical theory, poet Nguyen Uyen calls the poetry collection Con le yeu thuong "the innocent voice of the soul".
