Thong Nhat Cinema has a scale of 4 floors, built on an area of ​​457.2 m² with a total floor area of ​​about 1,730 m². The project has a total investment capital of nearly 18 billion VND from the legal capital of Vingroup Corporation, the implementation period is 2024 - 2025.

After the investment policy was approved, Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company implemented the project as soon as it completed investment and construction procedures.

Thong Nhat Cinema at 28 Ho Chi Minh Avenue, once completed, will contribute to meeting the entertainment and cultural needs of the people and serve the propaganda of the province's political tasks.

This project aims to complete cultural institutions to meet the entertainment and cultural needs of the people combined with promoting the political tasks of Hai Duong city and the province.

Before Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company sponsored the construction of the project, at this location, Thong Nhat Cinema, managed by the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts, was built in the 1960s, severely degraded, at risk of collapse and had been temporarily suspended since 2005 to ensure safety.
