From June 26 to 29, Da Nang City will host the Vietnam - UK Football Festival with the theme "The Red Dream" .
The highlight of this year's festival is the presence of legendary players who made Manchester United famous such as Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Michael Owen, Wes Brown, Teddy Sheringham and many other teammates.
The highlight of the festival is the friendly football match between the Vietnamese all-star team and Manchester Reds at Hoa Xuan Stadium.

Mr. Duong Quang Thuan, Director of Lien Ket America & Asia Company Limited - the festival organizer, said that for the friendly match, the unit issued 17,000 tickets. Ticket prices and how to buy tickets were announced on the festival's Fanpage. Prices range from 600,000 VND to 1.5 million VND, depending on the stands.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Thao, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City, said that the Manchester United football team receives a lot of love from the audience. This is not only a sports tourism activity but also a sports economy , bringing opportunities to promote the image and create profits for Da Nang City.
The festival also includes The Red Dream Fan Fest – dedicated to the Manchester United fan community with music performances, Pickleball exchanges and charity activities.
Along with the activities of former Manchester United players, the second GrassLife Da Nang International Youth Football Tournament will also take place at Tuyen Son Sports Village on June 27 and 28.
The tournament brings together more than 30 youth football teams aged 10 to 16, aiming to create a useful playground and contribute to nurturing the dreams of young Vietnamese football talents.
