(VTC News) - In the first days of the Year of the Snake, sunflower fields bloomed in full bloom along the Saigon River (Thu Duc City), attracting locals and tourists to come and see the flowers and take photos.

Located in the Saigon riverside park area, the sunflower field (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) has become a check-in spot attracting young people and tourists in the first days of the year.

According to VTC News reporters in this area, sunflowers bloom brilliantly yellow under the spring sunshine. This park has the most beautiful million-dollar view in Ho Chi Minh City with high-rise buildings and modern constructions right on the "golden land" area.

Many young people and tourists took advantage of the weekend to sightsee and take pictures.

"I learned about the sunflower field through social media, but I didn't think the scenery here would be so beautiful. The sunflowers bloom brightly along the river, and all around is a million-dollar view of District 1 center, Ba Son bridge, and in the distance is the tallest building in Vietnam. Taking photos here is guaranteed to have no dead angles," said Thu Ha (living in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City).

Not only becoming a check-in location for Ho Chi Minh City residents, the sunflower field also attracts many foreign tourists to visit.

Children followed their parents to the sunflower field along the Saigon River to take beautiful pictures.

Since the inauguration of the riverside park in 2023, the sunflower field has attracted many tourists with its brilliant yellow color, stretching along the banks of the Saigon River.

In 2024, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City chose sunflowers as the flower symbolizing the friendliness of Thu Duc City. Therefore, this flower is regularly cared for and newly planted to beautify the Saigon River park. At the same time, it creates a highlight to attract tourists to visit and sightsee.
