Taking advantage of the merger and the dense waterway network of up to nearly 1,500 km to develop inter-regional waterway transport corridors and sea routes connecting regions, from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, to Vung Tau and Con Dao or from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta and then connecting to Cambodia. Ho Chi Minh City aims to welcome 8.5-10 million international visitors and 45-50 million domestic visitors by the end of 2025, bringing in 290 trillion VND in revenue.
