Unlike previous years, the category "Outstanding Fintech Company 2024" is reviewed based on a survey of both users and businesses. The survey aims to find and honor businesses with innovative products and services during the year, contributing to improving the efficiency of retail operations in particular and operations in the banking industry in general. Zalopay currently serves more than 14 million users with a product portfolio of more than 100 convenient services, continuously on the list of favorite payment platforms in the country. In 2023, Zalopay is the only Vietnamese representative in the Top 200 global financial technology (fintech) companies ranking announced by the American television channel CNBC.
