Ready for the Opening Ceremony of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025

On the evening of May 9, at the Festival Square, Sun Urban City Urban Area (Phu Ly City), the Organizing Committee of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025 held a rehearsal for the opening program of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025 and the Art Program with the theme "Brilliant Ha Nam".

Attending the rehearsal were comrades: Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Phu Ly city; representatives of Vietnam Television, Ha Nam Sun Joint Stock Company - the coordinating unit.

The rehearsal took place with full content, composition and conditions as the official program. The duration for the announcement of the Prime Minister 's decisions on the recognition of 03 National Treasures and 02 National Monuments for Ha Nam province was also appropriately balanced, ensuring solemnity and proper ceremonial order. This is an important highlight, contributing to affirming the unique cultural and historical values ​​of the locality, while spreading pride to the majority of people.

The performances in the program are diverse in cultural colors and genres.

The artistic performances continued to be presented in 3 chapters: “Ha Nam Mountains and Rivers”; “Contemporary Breath”; “Future Pulse – Ha Nam Shines and Spreads”, expressing the cultural depth, historical flow and development aspirations of Ha Nam province. Famous singers, artists and MCs such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Meritorious Artist Minh Phuong, Le Anh Dung, Ha An Huy… participated in the rehearsal with enthusiasm, responsibility, and close coordination with the staging and technical crew. The serious, punctual and focused presence of the artists created a lively and professional performance atmosphere, contributing to perfecting the artistic details before the opening ceremony.

The area around the stage is grandly organized with a capacity of up to more than 10,000 people.

Immediately after the rehearsal, the provincial leaders, members of the Organizing Committee and the program implementation team had a working session to gain experience. Accordingly, compared to the previous rehearsal, the rehearsal program showed that the program implementation team had seriously absorbed and effectively overcome the limitations that had been pointed out. However, it is necessary to continue to review and adjust the content of the video clip to be updated with the latest and most vivid images; the program layout needs to be more tightly ensured in terms of duration and rhythm; continue to adjust costumes and props to suit the television broadcast program... At the same time, the sound and lighting technical systems, stage effects, and live television broadcasting also need to be reviewed and thoroughly tested to ensure television quality and event safety.

Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation agreed on a number of contents in the rehearsal program.

Concluding the rehearsal, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Truong Quoc Huy highly appreciated the efforts, sense of responsibility and synchronous coordination between the units participating in organizing the program. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The opening program of the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025 is a major event of the province; therefore, each content needs to be completed at the highest level, requiring units to continue to carefully review the entire program, especially factors that directly affect the quality of performances and broadcasting such as: video clip content, lighting, sound, duration of performances, security, medical work, logistics, ensuring that there are no mistakes during the official performance. In addition, it is necessary to proactively respond to arising situations, coordinate smoothly so that the program runs smoothly, creating a good impression on people and tourists, and at the same time promoting the image of Ha Nam in the media.

This is a special art program combined with fireworks, part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).
