From January 1, 2026, the official Tax Declaration Portal will be put into operation, allowing taxpayers to declare, submit and directly report issues so that management agencies can promptly support and answer.
Publicity and transparency in the transition process will help business households have more opportunities to access capital, enjoy tax incentives and support policies from the Central Government. The tax sector will not only accompany business households during the transition period, but will also continue to support them after completion, to ensure that taxpayers are always guided and have their difficulties resolved promptly.
The latest statistics show that 98% of business households that have declared have now paid taxes electronically, more than 18,500 households that were previously subject to contract tax have switched to declaring, and 133,000 households have registered to use electronic invoices from cash registers. These figures show positive progress in transformation and strong response from the business household community.
