The District Party Committee sent members of the Standing Committee, District Party Committee members and officials of the district's departments and offices to directly attend and grasp the situation at some Party cells. Party committees of party organizations also sent members to attend at affiliated Party cells. According to the general assessment of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Party cells organized activities seriously and systematically, with a large number of Party members attending and a lively discussion atmosphere.
