The award has the participation of 628 topics of students from 112 universities nationwide, divided into 6 fields: Natural sciences; science and technology; medical and pharmaceutical sciences; agricultural sciences; social sciences; humanities.
Among them, many topics with good ideas have been supported by investors, creating conditions to participate in cooperation with start-up businesses; many topics have research results published in prestigious domestic and international scientific journals.

Through the final round, the Organizing Committee awarded 20 first prizes, 105 second prizes, 153 third prizes and 252 consolation prizes.

In which, the topic "Some properties of metric projection operators in Hilbert space" by student Nguyen Viet Quan (Faculty of Education, Ha Tinh University) under the guidance of Dr. Le Van Hien excellently won second prize in the field of natural sciences.

The content of the topic “Some properties of metric projection operators in Hilbert spaces” focuses on constructing explicit formulas for the regular co-derivative and Mordukhovich co-derivative of metric projection operators onto positive cones. First in finite-dimensional spaces, then extending to real Hilbert spaces. The results obtained not only cover known cases but also confirm the stability of the derivative structure when transferred to infinite-dimensional spaces. At the same time, this result lays the foundation for extending the research to Banach spaces.
