From November 6, 2025 to November 7, 2025 at the Provincial Party Committee Guest House, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held a conference to improve skills and expertise; update information on religious and belief work in 2025. Attending the opening ceremony of the conference were comrade Lam Van Vien, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; comrade Lang Van Thiet, Head of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and all delegates and students who are leaders and experts of the Department of Culture - Social Affairs of communes and wards directly advising on religious and belief work at the grassroots level.

The team of civil servants working on belief and religion needs to continue to promote a strong political stance, grasp the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; constantly improve professional qualifications and skills... At the same time, in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model, the requirements for the team of commune-level civil servants working on advice on belief and religion are increasingly high; not only must they understand the practical situation at the grassroots level, but they must also be proactive, flexible and timely advise the Party Committee and the government to effectively resolve emerging issues, and do a good job of State management, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the area.
