Department of Justice: Training on registration of security measures

On June 15, the Department of Justice held a conference to deploy and disseminate legal regulations and provide training and guidance on professional and technical aspects of registering security measures in 2023. Attending were representatives of departments, branches, units, and organizations practicing civil servants and credit in the province.

At the conference, trainees were informed of legal regulations related to registration of security measures such as: Decree No. 99 of the Government on registration of security measures; Circular No. 07 of the Ministry of Justice on guidance on some contents on registration of mortgage of land use rights and assets attached to land, at the same time, exchanging and guiding on expertise and professional skills in registration of security measures.

The Department of Justice organizes training on registration of security measures.

Through the conference, civil servants, public employees, and those working in the field of security measures registration are expected to update their knowledge and legal regulations on security measures registration and improve their skills and expertise in performing, receiving, and resolving professional work.
