Early completion of the project dossier for adjusting land use planning to 2030 in Dien Khanh district

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam concluded the meeting.

According to the report, the total natural land area of ​​Dien Khanh district approved by 2030 is more than 34,380 hectares. Of which, the agricultural land group according to the approved planning is more than 21,949 hectares (the agricultural land area implemented in 2024 is more than 27,850 hectares, exceeding 26.89% compared to the approved planning target); the non-agricultural land group according to the approved planning area is more than 12,356 hectares (the non-agricultural land area implemented by 2024 is more than 5,667 hectares, reaching 45.87% compared to the approved planning target); unused land is 74.2 hectares.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam requested the People's Committee of Dien Khanh district to coordinate with the consulting unit to receive comments from departments, branches and sectors to promptly complete the dossier to send to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal and submit to competent authorities for consideration and approval. Note that localities must prioritize land use for projects that create momentum for socio -economic development of the locality and the whole province.
