According to Mr. Pham Thanh Doan, Head of Dong Ri Residential Group, by June 9, all 5 families of Mr. and Mrs. Than Van Xop, Nguyen Thi Hanh, Nguyen Thi Mien, Than Van Hien, Vi Thi Ly with 14 members had moved people and property to relatives' houses to temporarily stay or rented accommodation in another area, far from the area at risk of landslides. One of these households is building a house in the center of Tay Yen Tu town and is also speeding up the progress to move to a new house as soon as possible. Those who have been relocated to temporary accommodation will receive support according to regulations. Currently, the cracks on the hill have been covered with tarps by the authorities to prevent rainwater from flowing directly in to limit further landslides.
Regarding the landslide area in Nam Bong village, Tuan Dao commune, after checking, there are 10 households with 29 people living there. According to the initial assessment, the landslide area has steep terrain, alluvial soil and rock geology, above is a high mountain range, with the risk of landslides and subsidence when heavy rains last for a long time. Therefore, to ensure safety, the local government is mobilizing people to temporarily move to another place.
It is known that in addition to the two localities with landslide risk locations mentioned above, Thanh Luan commune is also closely monitoring the developments of two other landslide points. According to the leaders of the commune People's Committee, these cracks appeared on the acacia hills of people in Thanh Ha and Nang villages. Both locations with these incidents appeared since the end of 2024 due to the impact of storm No. 3. In particular, the location of the crack occurred on the acacia hill of Mr. Vu Van Thien's family, Thanh Ha village, about 500 m from the commune People's Committee headquarters, with the risk of landslides and rocks spilling onto Road 293 and the residence of the household across the street.

Recognizing the dangerous nature of the incident, especially when the weather forecast was still complicated and heavy rain could last, the Commune People's Committee reported to the District People's Committee, and at the same time, propagated to local people to raise their vigilance and proactively evacuate in case of emergency.
