On October 30, the People's Committee of Sop Cop district held a conference to deploy new documents of the Central Government related to the field of internal affairs and to solicit opinions on the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council. The conference was held online to 8 communes in the district.

The conference deployed Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP dated June 10, 2023 of the Government regulating commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune, village and residential group levels; Decree No. 29/2023/NDCP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government regulating staff streamlining. At the same time, the draft Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council were approved: Draft submission and resolution regulating the titles, allowance levels, and part-time regimes of non-professional workers at the commune level; fixed operating budget levels of socio -political organizations at the commune level in the province; draft submission and resolution regulating the allowance levels, support levels, and part-time regimes of non-professional workers, direct workers, etc.

Delegates discussed and proposed continuing to regulate the budget allocation for mass organizations in the village; adding security and janitor contracts to the title of non-professional workers at the commune level; providing guidance on assigning additional tasks to the title of culture - sports and social work (replacing the title in charge of population, family and children).
The District People's Committee requests specialized departments and communes, based on their functions and tasks, to continue to disseminate the document to civil servants and public employees. Fully synthesize comments into the draft of the Provincial People's Council to send to competent authorities according to regulations.
