The training course was attended by 100 cadres who are political commissars, assistants in charge of mass mobilization work of regiments, political commissars and deputy political commissars of battalions and companies in the entire Division.

During the period from July 28 to August 1, the training participants were introduced to the following topics: Overview of ethnic minorities in Vietnam; The Party's viewpoints, policies and guidelines on ethnic minorities and ethnic minorities; State laws and policies on economic and social development in ethnic minority areas; Building a strong grassroots political system in ethnic minority areas; State management of ethnic minority culture; National defense and security work in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Through training, soldiers will have a firm grasp of the basic contents of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on ethnic issues and ethnic work. From there, there will be appropriate approaches, effective mobilization of the masses, advice to Party committees, commanders and localities on ethnic work, well implement the ethnic policies of the Party and State, contribute to stabilizing the political security situation, social order and safety, especially in remote areas, border areas and islands; build a solid people's position, consolidate national defense and security in the area where the unit is stationed.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Truong, Standing Member - Deputy Political Commissar of Division 363 emphasized: Some units of the Division are stationed and carry out tasks in areas with many ethnic groups living together, each with its own customs and languages.
