Division 363 has directed agencies and units to thoroughly disseminate documents, orders, and telegrams from above to all officers and soldiers on preventing and fighting storm No. 9. On that basis, develop and adjust storm response plans that are realistic and suitable to the specific situation of each unit and stationed area.

Combat-ready forces and mobile forces for natural disaster prevention and control were strengthened; inspections were organized and fortifications, battlefields, warehouses, houses, roofing systems, technical equipment, especially antenna, radar, and missile systems were reinforced to ensure absolute safety. Logistics and technical reserves were fully deployed, from food, drinking water to fuel, medicine, and repair materials.

Along with that, agencies and units have proactively coordinated with local authorities to regularly monitor and grasp weather developments, regularly update information about the storm, and prepare forces and means to support people when ordered by superiors.
With the motto of "4 on-the-spot" in storm prevention and control and the spirit of being proactive, urgent, not subjective but also not panicking, Division 363 is determined to successfully complete the dual mission: Ensuring safety during the storm season, while maintaining the quality of on-duty; monitoring and managing aerial targets, contributing to firmly protecting the Northeast airspace of the Fatherland.
