The scary truth about ChatGPT makes the human brain gradually "lazy"
MIT research shows that relying too much on ChatGPT can reduce the brain's ability to think, remember, and be creative.

According to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), ChatGPT is gradually becoming a familiar tool in the study and work of millions of people. However, scientists warn that the abuse of AI can cause the human brain to "fall asleep", gradually losing the ability to think reflexively.
In the new study, participants were divided into three groups: using ChatGPT, using Google, and writing their own essays. EEG brain wave measurements showed that the group using ChatGPT had the weakest neural connectivity.
Their brains were less active, less creative, and had worse recall of the content of the article than the other groups. Many in this group even admitted that they felt the article did not really “belong to them”. After four months, the ChatGPT group scored lower on language and critical thinking skills.
Experts emphasize that AI should be a support tool, not a "replacement brain" or else humans will gradually cause their own intelligence to degenerate. Dear readers, please watch more videos : AI garbage - New problem on social networks VTV24
