At the time of inspection, the clinic was operating normally, and staff were receiving and consulting customers. However, the facility's representative could not present complete legal documents as required. Specifically, the facility could only present a photocopy of the business registration certificate; it could not present the operating license, invoices, or documents related to drugs, medical supplies, and medical equipment used at the facility.
