The High People's Court in Da Nang has a new Deputy Chief Justice.

Kinhtedothi - On February 14, the High People's Court in Da Nang held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang according to the decision of the Supreme People's Court.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien (right), Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Tran Huy Duc.

According to this decision, Mr. Tran Huy Duc (50 years old), Chief Justice of Phu Yen Provincial People's Court, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang.

Attending the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Tran Huy Duc.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien emphasized that in the past time, the High People's Court in Da Nang has encountered many difficulties in personnel, the appointment of another Deputy Chief Justice is an important event, helping to strengthen the leadership and management capacity of the unit. This is both an honor and a great responsibility for Mr. Tran Huy Duc personally.

With this appointment decision, the High People's Court in Da Nang now has 3 Deputy Chief Justices, including Mr. Tran Huy Duc, Mr. Pham Tan Hoang and Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong. However, the position of Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang has not yet been filled.
