On July 25, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony, AI technology startup Hay announced the donation of 15,000 free Pro accounts to students and lecturers of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Each account is worth about 299,000 VND/month and is valid for one year.
This is considered an important step to support the digital transformation process in education , helping learners and lecturers access AI technology for learning and research.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Le Truong Son - Principal of the school - said that this move has practical significance in improving training quality, promoting research capacity and building a flexible academic environment.
Mr. Son emphasized that in the context of artificial intelligence (AI) becoming an indispensable platform, if the application is slow, the school risks falling behind in the next 5-10 years.
The school will implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, aiming for 100% of staff to have basic knowledge of AI. Each group will receive specialized training to optimize the application of technology in their work.
On the AI Hay side, CEO Tran Quang Duc said that giving away accounts is part of the strategy of bringing AI to all Vietnamese people, starting with students - the future creators of the country.
According to him, law is a field closely related to life, with a huge amount of knowledge that is always changing. AI can help students and lecturers look up, analyze and access information faster and more accurately.
Previously, AI Hay signed a cooperation agreement with FPT University and Ton Duc Thang University, giving away more than 20,000 AI accounts to students.
Last July, the platform also launched a college admissions prediction feature, which attracted more than 1 million questions from 300,000 people on the first day alone. The technology helps parents and students make more accurate decisions about important milestones thanks to more data.
According to Sensor Tower, in April 2025, AI Hay ranked first in the education application segment in Vietnam, with more than 15 million downloads. It is also the only AI platform from Southeast Asia to be in the top 10 most used AI applications in the region.
