Accordingly, the department recommends that units regularly monitor and update information on the epidemic situation in the province, especially some diseases such as measles, dengue fever, influenza A (H5N1), hand, foot and mouth disease, etc.; promote communication andeducation on disease prevention and control measures and vaccination through integration into programs and extracurricular activities appropriate to the characteristics, situation of the unit, psychology and age of students. In addition, schools need to perform well in school health work, ensure food safety and environmental sanitation; proactively coordinate with relevant local units to guide and organize the implementation of disease prevention and control activities in appropriate and effective forms, especially in kindergartens, preschools, nurseries, etc. If an epidemic occurs, units need to urgently report to the local health center and the Department of Education and Training for timely coordination and handling.
