According to information from the Department of Overseas Labor Management, Ministry of Home Affairs , in the coming time, it will continue to coordinate with local police agencies and Departments of Home Affairs to inspect and handle organizations and individuals that are not licensed but still announce recruitment, receive applications and collect money from workers in violation of regulations.
Specifically, according to the Department of Overseas Labor Management, in recent times, this agency has received many complaints from workers about being charged too high fees by labor export brokerage companies. There have even been cases of impersonating authorities or licensed businesses to commit fraud and property appropriation.
Faced with this situation, the Department has proactively posted many warnings on the Electronic Information Portal to help workers raise their vigilance. For specific cases, the Department has forwarded complaints to local police agencies and Departments of Internal Affairs for inspection, verification and handling in accordance with legal regulations.
In some serious cases, the Department has coordinated with relevant agencies to establish interdisciplinary inspection teams to directly inspect organizations and individuals that are not licensed but still recruit and collect money from workers in violation of regulations. "Enterprises that violate the law will be strictly handled according to the law," emphasized a representative of the Department of Overseas Labor Management.
The Overseas Labor Management Agency recommends that workers should only work with legally licensed businesses and be vigilant and not conduct cash transactions with individuals or intermediary organizations that are not legally clear.
