| The "Understanding the Law on Marriage and Family" competition helps improve the effectiveness of legal education for ethnic minority people in Con Minh commune. |
In early December, Con Minh commune successfully organized the "Understanding the Law on Marriage and Family" competition. The competition was held in a theatrical format, with 14 teams and over 100 contestants from particularly disadvantaged villages participating.
Many teams were well-prepared and presented their ideas vividly, creating a highlight for the competition. “For a commune with a majority of ethnic minority residents, diversifying the forms of propaganda, dissemination, and legal education is essential. 'Slow and steady wins the race,' and the awareness and behavior of many households have gradually changed thanks to continuous and extensive propaganda,” affirmed Comrade Sam Van Thuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Minh commune.
2025 is the year when the Party, the State, and the province will focus on leading and directing the implementation of many important tasks to develop the country in the new era, especially the merger of administrative units and the deployment of a two-tiered local government model.
In this context, the work of disseminating and educating about the law continues to receive close attention and guidance from all levels and sectors in the province. As a result, this work has been implemented synchronously, comprehensively, and with many innovations, linked to the tasks of the province.

To highlight Vietnam Law Day (November 9th), the online competition "Understanding Laws and Policies for People in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas" was held throughout the province, attracting 12,499 participants.
The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 11 collectives and 24 individuals with the highest achievements, contributing to the innovation of methods for disseminating legal information and improving people's access to the law.
In 2025, provincial-level agencies and units organized 3,384 awareness campaigns, with over 600,000 participants. Specialized agencies compiled and distributed legal education materials including books, newspapers, legal handbooks, leaflets, brochures, awareness outlines, and online materials, totaling 2,822 original documents.
