Strengthening management of land of agricultural and forestry origin

Accordingly, the District People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue advising the District People's Committee to promote the dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on planning, urban development management, and land use management to raise awareness and perception of organizations and individuals, limit violations of land of agricultural and forestry origin, especially rights and obligations when implementing contract allocation.

Phu Yen strengthens management of land of agricultural and forestry origin.

Preside over the synthesis of the review report, clearly identify the origin, current status, boundaries, land use form and land use situation handed over to the locality through the periods of restructuring and renovating agricultural and forestry farms from 2003 to present. Report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment before November 20, 2023.

Advise the District People's Committee to develop a plan for managing and using land funds handed over by agricultural and forestry farms to the locality based on plans (overall socio-economic development, construction, land, agriculture, etc.); publicize the Land Use Plan so that people know before submitting it for approval.

The District Inspectorate advises the District People's Committee to develop plans and organize inspections of the implementation of policies and laws on land of agricultural and forestry origin that has been handed over to the locality, ensuring that the land is managed and used effectively.

Inspect the compliance with land laws of Phu Yen State Forestry One Member Co., Ltd., promptly detect violations (if any), handle them according to authority or report to superior agencies for handling.

Phu Yen State Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. coordinated with the People's Committees of communes and towns to review the entire land use status in terms of location, management boundaries, and land use originating from agricultural and forestry farms through the work of measuring and adjusting cadastral maps to clearly identify the land transferred to the locality, including: Land of dissolved companies; land due to narrowing of tasks and no longer in need of use; unused land, land that the company is leasing out, land used for the wrong purpose; transferred land area; land area where gardens have been sold; infrastructure land not serving production; residential land according to approved local planning and other types of land that must be recovered according to regulations...

The People's Committees of Huy Bac, Muong Coi, Muong Do, Muong Lang, Quang Huy, Tan Lang communes and Phu Yen Town shall strengthen inspection, supervision and handling of violations in land management and use; focus on strictly handling households and individuals who encroach on land, arbitrarily change land use purposes, and illegally construct works on agricultural and forestry land.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and towns is responsible for detecting, preventing and handling violations of land management and use in the area, including land of agricultural and forestry origin according to the provisions of Article 208 of the 2013 Land Law.
