On June 1, the Department of Transport (DOT) held a conference to implement Directive No. 05/CT-BGTVT dated April 8, 2023 of the Minister of Transport on innovation, strengthening management, preventing and combating negativity and improving the quality of training, testing and granting of road motor vehicle driving licenses (Directive No. 05).

At the conference, delegates were informed and thoroughly grasped the contents of Directive No. 05; Official Dispatch No. 1283/UBND-KT1 of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Directive No. 05; the plan of the Department of Transport on the implementation of Directive No. 05. In which, some contents were emphasized such as: Thoroughly grasping individuals and organizations involved in training, testing, granting and exchanging driving licenses to correctly and fully understand the meaning and importance of Directive No. 05. At the same time, this is determined to be a key task that must be carried out regularly and continuously to create strong, comprehensive and profound changes in innovation, strengthen management, improve quality and prevent and combat negativity in training, testing and granting driving licenses for road motor vehicles...

At the conference, delegates discussed and proposed a number of contents in the management of training, testing, and granting of road motor vehicle driving licenses from training facilities and driving testing centers in the province. Teachers and those directly involved in driving instruction pointed out a number of inappropriate points that need to be commented on by superiors for adjustment and amendment in the coming time.
