Training on skills, professional work of the Team and skills to prevent violence and child abuse

On June 5, at the Provincial Youth Activity Center, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize a training conference on skills, professional skills of the Pioneer work and skills to prevent and combat violence and child abuse for teachers who are the General Leaders of the Pioneer Team.

Provincial Youth Union officials shared knowledge and skills in implementing the work of the Young Pioneers and youth movements with delegates attending the training.

The training will take place over 3 days with the participation of officers and specialists in charge of the Team work of the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities; Standing Committee of the Team Council of districts and cities and 70 teachers - Team leaders in the whole province.

At the conference, delegates learned, researched, and experienced knowledge and skills through 6 topics: Methods of implementing and performing Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team rituals; methods of organizing activities to equip skills and measures to prevent violence, abuse, and drowning for children; skills to protect children in healthy and creative interactions on cyberspace; effective use of digital transformation tools in implementing Team work and children's movements; community folk dancing, basic dancing for children and organizing ensemble performances, arranging letters to celebrate anniversaries and major holidays; skills to design and organize game activities (large and small) for children.

These are contents related to the practical implementation of the work of the Young Pioneers and the youth movement carried out by lecturers of the Central Youth Union, the Central Young Pioneer Council and the Provincial Youth Activity Center. Through training, it contributes to improving the professional skills of the Young Pioneers and social work skills; standardizing the Young Pioneers' rituals and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Regulations, the skills of performing the Young Pioneers' rituals in schools; enhancing the quality and responsibility of the staff working with children, thereby promoting the Young Pioneers' activities and the youth movement in schools.
