Through the training program, it aims to equip knowledge, raise awareness and change behavior for cadres, members, women and people in protecting clean water sources, using water economically; collecting, recycling and reusing waste according to the circular principle; strengthening plastic waste management in production activities; building a community without plastic waste; preserving and restoring the traditional landscape of rural Vietnam; increasing the rate of planting flowers and scattered trees, developing models of bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe villages and hamlets, model residential areas, etc.

Therefore, in the period of 2026-2030, the Vietnam Women's Union will innovate the content and implementation methods of the campaign, adjust and supplement the content of the criteria "5 no, 3 clean" and "5 yes, 3 clean" in accordance with the orientation of new rural development in the new period. The training content aims to help female cadres and members access new knowledge in the process of implementing the campaign in the period of 2026 - 2030.
