On October 19th, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training conference to enhance management capacity and business startup skills for rural industrial enterprises and establishments.
Over 150 participants, including representatives from businesses, cooperatives, establishments, household businesses, industrial and handicraft production; youth union members; and members of the Women's Union and Farmers' Association from districts and cities across the province, attended the training conference.
During this training course, participants listened to Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Van Hai, Director of the Institute of Business Administration, Hanoi University of Finance and Banking, impart knowledge on topics such as: business awareness; business planning; finding startup capital; and business management during the startup phase. The conference also provided time for participants to directly share, discuss in groups, practice exercises, and handle common situations encountered during the process of starting and managing their own businesses.
According to statistics, there are currently more than 6,000 businesses operating in the province, doing business in many different fields and sectors.
Businesses are increasingly asserting their position and making significant contributions to the overall development of the province. However, there are still businesses, organizations, and household businesses that are not operating effectively, mainly due to a lack of management knowledge and development strategies for each stage.
Therefore, this training conference aims to enhance management capacity, provide additional knowledge about business and entrepreneurship, and create opportunities for outstanding individuals and young people who want to start their own businesses, potential enterprises, and owners of production and business establishments to change their management and leadership methods, proactively assess the market and customers, thereby improving their operational efficiency and competitiveness.
