Training to improve capacity to implement Sub-project 1 - Project 3 and Project 2 under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Quang Ngai province by 2025

From October 22 to 23, 2025, the Department of Rural Development of Quang Ngai province coordinated with the People's Committee of Sa Loong commune and the People's Committee of Ngok Bay commune to organize a training conference to improve the capacity to implement Sub-project 1 - Project 3 and Project 2 under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Quang Ngai province in 2025 for commune and village officials and communities.

Mr. Dang Tan Thuong, Deputy Head of the Department of Rural Development, delivered the opening speech of the training course.

To guide commune and village officials and communities to understand the process, support content , sample documents, order and procedures for construction, appraisal and approval of projects to support production development, livelihood diversification and model development under Sub- project 1 - Project 3 and Project 2 of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction.

In the training program , commune-level cadres, villages and communities are specifically instructed on the contents of supporting community production development, project proposal documents, community production plans according to administrative boundaries, procedures for project development and approval, state budget expenditure norms to support community production development, criteria for selecting support for community production plans , regulations on the mechanism of revolving part of the support capital to circulate within the community to implement projects, community production development plans, and the contents of supporting production development and livelihood diversification under the National Target Program for Poverty Reduction.

Thereby, commune and village officials and communities can understand the process, support content , sample documents, order and procedures for building, appraising and approving projects to support production development, livelihood diversification and model development under Sub-project 1 - Project 3 and Project 2 of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, which can be applied and implemented in the area, contributing to increasing people's income./.
