On June 11, the Steering Committee for the 2025 Rural and Agricultural Census of the city organized a training conference on rural and agricultural census techniques in Hoa Vang district with the participation of 54 investigators from 4 communes of Hoa Lien, Hoa Bac, Hoa Son and Hoa Ninh.
Ms. Tran Thi Le Trinh, Deputy Head of the City Statistics Office, said that the 2025 rural and agricultural census is a major national census, held every 10 years. This is an opportunity for the state to have a comprehensive, complete and updated view of the current state of agricultural production, living conditions in rural areas and the development of agricultural communities. The results of the census will be a large database serving the planning and adjustment of agricultural development policies and rural people in the coming period.
Investigators are instructed in the use of the questionnaire; instructions on how to use CAPI sample household questionnaires and the entire questionnaire. According to the 2025 rural and agricultural census plan, the census is divided into 2 phases; in which phase 1 conducts the household list, phase 2 conducts the census.
