According to the plan, from now until November 24, Khoen On commune ( Lai Chau province) will organize 11 training courses on handling procedures when detecting forest fires combined with practicing forest fire prevention and fighting skills for people in 11 villages including: Noong Quai, Huoi Cay, Me, Hua My, Khem, Cung, Hua Dan, Noong Quang, Mo, Doc, and Che Hang.

The training sessions include both theory and practice, focusing on testing knowledge, practicing firefighting techniques such as deploying formations, command drills, coordinating and cooperating between forces, safety principles; practicing handling procedures when detecting forest fires in villages and participating in real operations: Firebreak creation techniques, using manual firefighting tools, coordinating according to hypothetical situations...
Through training, people's awareness and skills in on-site forest fire prevention and fighting have been improved; the sense of responsibility of officials and people in forest fire prevention and fighting has been enhanced. According to local authorities, forest fire training is a comprehensive and continuous process to build an effective forest fire prevention and response system, protect valuable forest resources and ensure the safety of people's lives and property. It is not just technical training sessions but also the building of a solid foundation of community awareness.
