Launching a general inspection of motorcycles, motorbikes, and electric motorbikes

From November 15, the Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police will conduct a general inspection of motorbikes, scooters, and electric motorbikes in the city.

The Traffic Police force will mobilize all its forces and simultaneously launch a general control plan on key routes of the city.

Focus on handling violations that are the main causes of traffic accidents such as: weaving, honking continuously, not wearing helmets, carrying more people than the prescribed number, using cell phones, driving with alcohol or drugs in the body, speeding, driving in the wrong lane, changing direction, or overtaking improperly; driving without a driver's license; and clearly handling the responsibility of those who hand over the vehicle to unqualified drivers...
