Strengthen communication to raise awareness of the Carbon Credit market

It is necessary to strengthen communication about Carbon credits with accessible language, and include the content of 'correct understanding of Carbon' in knowledge dissemination programs, creativity competitions or forums for young intellectuals.

Business representatives spoke about the content of state-business-people linkage in building and developing the Carbon credit market in Hai Phong city.

On the morning of November 14, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations in coordination with the Hai Phong Union of Science and Technology Associations organized a communication workshop to raise awareness about the Carbon credit market.

At the workshop, delegates presented many elaborate research works, citing basic information on the Carbon credit market, policy mechanisms and Carbon assessment tools of Vietnam and internationally; the current situation of agricultural production in Hai Phong and orientations for participating in the Carbon credit market.
